About Madeline

From the Therapist's Chair to the Stage

Madeline Micciche spent years sitting across from people in the most vulnerable moments of their lives — as a licensed psychotherapist, she helped clients navigate grief, identity loss, divorce, and the quiet devastation of a life that no longer fit.

Then life asked her to practice what she preached. Her own experience with profound loss became the catalyst for everything she now teaches — and the foundation of her signature framework, The After: Redefining and Aligning.

Her Story

She Didn't Just Study Transformation. She Lived It.

For over two decades, Madeline worked as a psychotherapist, specializing in identity, grief, and life transitions. She was good at it — deeply good at it. But she was also unknowingly living a life that had been shaped more by expectation than by choice.

When the roles she had built her identity around began to fall away — one by one, then all at once — she found herself standing in the very place she had guided so many clients: The After. The disorienting, terrifying, and ultimately transformative space that opens up when life as you knew it is over.

Rather than retreat, Madeline leaned in. She developed The After: Redefining and Aligning framework — drawing on her clinical training, her personal experience, and years of research into identity reconstruction and energetic alignment. She used it on herself first. Then she brought it to her clients. Then to the stage.

Today, Madeline speaks at corporate conferences, women's leadership summits, universities, and community events — helping audiences understand that The After isn't the end of the story. It's where the real one begins.
